Following a £6.5 million redevelopment program, the Comfort Inn Heathrow Hotel has been transformed into a new Hotel offering a high standard of accommodation and amenities. It is in easy reach of the M4, M25, M40 and Heathrow Airport and the local business areas are all easily accessible. A regular Coach Service links the Hotel to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

The Air-conditioned and Soundproofed Conference and Meeting Rooms are specially designed to cater for the business world's varying needs. All the Rooms have Natural Daylight. The Thames Suite is ideal for Conferences up to 150 delegates and the Marlow Suite on the First floor, is for 20 - 70 persons. Smaller Meeting Rooms are available for interviews or syndicate work, for 10 persons.

The Conservatory Bar offers a welcome retreat where clients can enjoy a relaxing drink and choose from an extensive Bar Menu throughout the day.

A range of Conference and Banqueting Suites, all with Natural Daylight, can accommodate up to 200 guests. The versatile Thames Suite, is fully Air-conditioned, and is ideal for Business Meetings or Private Parties such as Wedding Receptions. The Hotel also holds a Civil Wedding License.

For Breakout Sessions and small Boardroom Style Meeting for up to 8 people, there are 4 purpose built Syndicate Rooms.

 
ACCOMMODATION:Top

The Hotel consists of 184 Rooms ( Standard Singles & Twins / Doubles ). It is a Superior 3 Star Deluxe Hotel combining newly refurbished, contemporary interior decor with relaxing atmosphere and personalized service. Families are very welcome and we have spacious Family Bedrooms as well as Interconnecting Rooms. Bedrooms specially equipped for the Disabled Guest are also available.

Each of the Bedrooms has a Desk Space large enough to meets the needs of today’s business traveler and facilities include Color TV with Movies and Satellite Channels, Direct Dial Telephone with Data Port, Hairdryer, Trouser Press, Tea and Coffee Hospitality Tray and Soundproofed Windows.
The Superior and Executive Rooms also have adjustable Air Conditioning. The Superior Room is a Family Room which can easily accommodate 2 Adults and 2 Children below 12 years. The Premier and the Executive Rooms are the same.

DIRECTIONS:

By Road :

Take exit 4 from M4 Motorway and follow the sign to Hayes (A312). This will bring you to Shepiston Lane and the Hotel is located approximately 1 mile along this road on the right just after the Fire Station.

From Heathrow Airport :

By car follow signposts to the M4 and leave the Airport by the tunnel. Continue to the main roundabout, take the second exit but keep to the left hand lane. Follow the sign to Hayes and directions as above.

The Shuttle Bus Service operates from 5:30 am until 11.30 pm throughout the day every 40 minutes. Hoppa service no.H8

From London Gatwick Airport :

Leave the Airport on M23 London bound and follow the signs for Heathrow Airport – M25. Continue M25 to Junction 15 and then exit on to M4 direction eastbound to Junction 4 and follow above directions.
