The Hotel Chapel, built in1929, was consecrated by the Bishop of Southern Rhodesia, the Reverend E.F. Paget in 1932. Weddings and weekly Anglican services are conducted in the Chapel.

DISABLED FACILITIES:

Four wheelchairs are available and the door knobs are low enough to be reached by guests in wheelchairs. Ramps are available in the old part of the hotel but not the new wing. Most rooms can accommodate wheelchairs but only four rooms can accommodate a wheelchair in the bathroom. Jungle Junction restaurant has special washrooms available. Porters are assigned to assist disabled guests.
