The Hotel provides 5 Rooms for Conferences, Banquets and Private Functions. All the Function Rooms are Air-conditioned. On the 4th Floor there is an exclusive Conference Suite overlooking the Inner Alster Lake. The interior decor is tastefully chosen to complement selected precious objects and antiques which create a refined atmosphere.
The Rooms Banquets for up to 150 persons, Receptions for up to 900 persons and Conferences for up to 100 persons.
The Gobelin Saal is furnished with Flemish Gobelin Syle tapestries and antique furniture and it opens into the largest Function Room the Grove Festsaal. It is the perfect setting for large Meetings or Exclusive Balls.
The Jahreszeiten Salon is like a Drawing Room, with a stone Fireplace and is open into the Dining or Conference Room, Kleiner Festsaal.

Since its opening Restaurant Haerlin has been the culinary focal point of the Hotel, a tradition that is being continued following its recent refurbishment. The four seasons are accentuated through numerous of its objects d'art, thus creating the sophisticated atmosphere to accompany a true culinary experience, incorporating the four seasons.
The Jahreszeiten Grill is a masterpiece of the art déco of the twenties and a View on the menu proves that hearty home cooking must not do without refinements. It is a favorite meeting spot for connoisseurs of fine food and Hanseatics with a sense of tradition.
Excitingly new, jovial and dynamic, that’s the Euro-Asiatic Restaurant Doc Cheng´s.
