The Aegli is located in the Business and Commercial Centre of Athens within the Zappion Gardens, with valet parking services. It is next to the National Garden, the Presidential Residence and adjacent to the Zappion Hall, which enables the use of additional rooms for larger-scale events.

The Aegli, located in Zappion Gardens next to Zappion Hall, dates back to the 19th century. It was originally built in the late 1880s as a kiosk. Its purpose was to provide Athenians with a meeting spot where they could enjoy their coffee with friends or take refreshments following one of the small theatrical shows that took place in the Gardens. A further consideration was to help provide for the upkeep of the Gardens and all commercial gains were earmarked for this purpose.
Over the decades Aegli became an Athenian landmark and a common rendezvous point for social and intellectual gatherings, where its unique view of the Acropolis, the Kalimarmaro Stadium and the Saronic Gulf could be enjoyed.
With the turn of the century, the Aegli made a grand step into the new era and its demands with a new face. After a renovation that lasted two and half years, it is now totally rejuvenated. Technologically it is up-to-date ready to face the challenges of the future. On the other hand, as it is a listed building, its style is preserved and the links with its past continue with dignity and respect. The ambition lying behind the renewed Aegliis the magical transformation of the complex with respect to the natural surroundings; an irresistible source of attraction for every formal, social, cultural and business event characterized by elegance and professionalism.
The transformation of every single inch led to a unique complex of European standards. The rooms are reborn and the terraces have finally been materialized as once envisioned. Aegli is no longer just 'the place' to be.
