Our First Floor star restaurant is well-known far beyond Berlin. Together with
five exclusive salons and a glass, red-wine cava, it forms
the gastronomic heart of the hotel. But this is not all we have to offer: You
can enjoy exquisite snacks in the Lounge Bar from early morning until evening,

Bon Dia means “good morning“ in Catalan. And the breakfast restaurant of the same name intends to entice you to the Mediterranean world – 600m² with bright colours and a generous arrangement of tables. A magnificent selection of fresh delicacies is prepared before your eyes - not only at breakfast time, but also at our legendary Palace brunch. The restaurant is also available for private functions for up to 250 persons at lunchtime and in the evening.
Step inside! – Lobbies of large hotels have always been a meeting place for guests, passers-by and strollers. Experience the surprises of “bar brunching“ in the Lounge Bar of the Hotel Palace: appetizers, soups and snacks are freshly served throughout the day. Enjoy cakes and biscuits from the hotel’s own bakery at teatime in an atmosphere of live easy listening music. And if you are planning a cocktail reception on a grand scale – the Lounge Bar is the perfect place.
Classic drinks for classic connoisseurs – Sam’s cocktail bar is the evening equivalent of the Lounge Bar. It has separate access as well as access from the lobby. Midnight-blue leather and the semi-circular bar of finest wood give the room its distinctive character. Our barkeeper will help you to choose one of the 44 kinds of whiskey in stock or mix a special cocktail creation – just as you like it. Sam’s and its barkeeper can be booked exclusively for private functions for up to 50 persons.
First Floor: A must for gourmets not wishing to compromise. The elegant ambience of the restaurant that is characterized by lacquered rosewood, warm shades of blue and gold, and an attractive light ceiling makes the "First Floor" a place of a very special nature.
At the Pool bar freshly squeezed juices and various mineral waters are served as well as little snacks, salads and energy bars.

The new health world.
The Hotel Palace has open its own health area with a 12-metre pool and whirlpool at the end of 2002. Enjoy a tempting fruit drink at the pool bar or take advantage of the modern fitness equipment in the separate workout room. A solarium, massage room, sauna and loungers allow for perfect relaxation. Use of the health area is free for hotel guests.
Pool:
The entire wellness complex has a touch of Toscanian style. Accent is put on the wall paintings which gives the feeling of being at the Mediterranean sea. The starry sky above the whirlpool lets you dream of mild summer nights. Terracotta tiles and ornamentations of Sicis marble mosaics reminds one of bathing like the Romans did.

The Palace-Spa is daily opened from 06.30 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
Piazza
The Piazza gives you the access to the sauna, the ice cave or the relaxation room. The highlight of this part of the spa is the water filled bronze bowl: Dipping the hands in water and rubbing the surface in synchronized movements, the vibration generates a deep and soothing tone and in the middle of the water little fountains are formed. Additionally, a little sitting area along with a heated bench and Kneipp footbath facility.
