The use of the Conference Center is completely complimentary including coffee breaks and use of basic audio/visual equipment. As an additional bonus, Almond Resorts provides open bars at private dinners and cocktail parties including house wines.

The large open main hall measures 46’ x 40’ and includes a separate projection room, ticket office, adjacent terraces, storage areas, full 14-foot stage, dressing area, balcony, bar and kitchen areas. The room can hold up to 115 people for a seated dinner and offers theater-style seating for up to 200 people.
A full range of audio/visual equipment is available including podium, microphones, overhead and slide projectors, giant and pull the projection screens, televisions, video cassette recorders, easels, flip charts, lecterns, carousels and projector stands.
Support services in the Conference Center include elaborate catering, theme decorations, live music, floral arrangements, festive table settings and more. Special requirements such as still or video photographers, trophies, gifts, party favors and corsages can also be arranged with prior notice.
In addition to the Conference Center, space is available for evening cocktail receptions, outdoor parties and group events in any of the resorts’ six beautiful restaurants. The lush garden setting at Almond Beach Village makes the courtyard of the resort’s Bajan village the perfect place for a fabulous outdoor event and the North Pool area is ideal for grand receptions, festive poolside dinner parties and group gatherings.

Dining at Almond Beach Village is a gourmet experience. There are five
restaurants to choose from at the resort, as well as three at the nearby Almond Beach Club via a complimentary shuttle.
(Please note that only guests 16 and older are allowed at
the Club.) Throughout the day, snacks are available from the beach grill, and
room service is offered for lunch or dinner.
Horizons- The resort's main restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast
with made-to-order omelets, full lunch with a choice of
either the buffet or an a la carte menu that changes daily, and a dinner menu of
a la carte continental cuisine. Reservations
are required for dinner.
Enid's Restaurant - Offering classic Bajan cuisine in a colourful,
festive atmosphere, this restaurant is open for dinner only
and reservations are not required.
The Reef- Offering a buffet-style breakfast and lunch from its seaside
location, The Reef transforms into the resort’s seafood
restaurant for dinner. Reservations are required for dinner only.
La Samarrita- Serving authentic Northern Italian dinners, this restaurant
is open to guests 16 and older and requires
reservations.
Boardwalk Bar & Grill - Guests seeking a casual lunch will find just that
at this beachfront location. A British-style high tea is
served every afternoon from 3:00 to 4:30pm offering sweet and savory pastries,
scones, finger sandwiches and over 15
varieties of tea.
In addition, the resort has five bars, including the signature Tommy's Bar
- a true Bajan rum shop.

The suite consists of a spacious bedroom and a large adjoining living area.
Presidential Suite
A very large suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area,
and dining areas.

Almond Beach Village has ten freshwater swimming pools as well as two cool freshwater Jacuzzi for its Caribbean vacationers. As part of the all-inclusive resort features, guests will be able to participate in numerous water and land sports, including hobiecat sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, windsurfing, reel fishing, aquacycles, kayaks, fishing, squash, tennis and par 3 nine-hole golf.
Aerobics, step, West Indian dance, and Aquacise classes are available at the Fitness center, along with use of LifeCycles, Stair Masters, treadmills and free weights. A personal trainer is available to hotel guest for a personalized fitness regime. Guests can also enjoy the spa at Almond Beach Club.
Kids Club
Almond Resorts offers something for all parents. Like a full-service nursery that provides indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old. The Kids' Club offers activities for children – ranging from three to twelve – that include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Movies, water sports, disco night and much more await teens who visit our shores. And finally, for the parents, you can find refuge in the solitude of the spa, a late dinner for just two, or simply spend some time together. Doing nothing at all. Which is truly a vacation in itself.
