Would you like your meal served From an Open Buffet?

The Restaurants are situated outdoors, where by we serve you up some tasty Dinner Shows every evening. The guests are presented with samples of Chinese cuisine in one corner of these Dinner Shows, whereas you’ll find "gφzleme" in another corner, "dφner" in another, Italian-style spaghettis, and fried fish in yet another corner.
If you prefer to have your meal served from the Self-service Open Buffet Palmiye 1 and Palmiye 2 Restaurants, then you’ll have to choose between unlimited mouth watering alternatives. We recommend that you sit on the terrace where you’ll have the chance to enjoy some local tunes.
The Palmiye 1 Restaurant has a capacity of 150 persons.
The Palmiye 2 Restaurant has a capacity of 200 persons.

Not Open Buffet, you’d rather like to have something more special:

If that’s the case, then we’ll host you at the Gourmet d’Azur Restaurant. A different and special menu is prepared every night at the Gourmet, which offers samples of a variety of tastes from the kitchens of the world. Guests who prefer to dine at the Gourmet d’Azur instead of the open buffet shall only pay for their beverages.
It is an A La Carte Restaurant with seats for 90 persons.

As accommodation at this hotel is Half-Board, the evening meal is included in the price, where as guests shall only pay for their beverages taken at the evening meal.

BEACH BAR BARBEQUE NIGHTS:

If you would like to dine romantically with the lilting waves lapping along the shore, accompanied by the phosphorescence in the Sea under a magnificent moonlight panorama, then we recommend you don’t miss the Barbecue Nights, which are held three nights a week at the Hotel. Along with various Barbecued meat and Vegetable selections, salad, fruit, a number of cold appetizers and different alcoholic beverages await the romantic guests.

LA PATISSERIE:

One of the innovation added onto the Hotel during its renovation is La Patisserie, which was furnished with wide and cozy armchairs, warm colors and modern designs. The Hotel's goal here was to make you feel as comfortable as you would be at home taking your five ‘O Clock tea as well as to ensure that you don’t forget that you are in Marmaris, gazing out from the Terrace out at the insatiable scenery.
We acted selectively in preparing the menu, scrumptious pastries, cheese cake, Danish and English scones, tarts and pies, croissants and sandwiches.
You can also find special Turkish delicacies at La Patisserie such as Marmaris honey, candied chestnuts, Turkish delight and piώmaniye, our local refined olive oil. You won’t forget these intriguing flavourful memories of Marmaris that you take with you to your loved ones back home.

APHRODITE BAR:

Would you care for a drink before dinner? If you would like to try different cocktails or imbibe on “ the usual ” while listening to melodies emanating from the piano and upright bass, then let us arrange your seats at the Aphrodite Bar.

POOL BAR:

In addition to the ice cream, fresh fruit, cold soft drinks, fruit juices, coffees and alcoholic beverages that are an integral part of your Pool-side pleasure at the Pool Bar, you’ll also be able to find aperitifs such as snack sandwiches, grilled cheese, hamburgers and salads.

BEACH BAR:

Set in the shade of the eucalyptus and mulberry trees on shore, the Beach Bar is one of this Resort’s most delightful spots. As we’ve figured that you’re going to have a big appetite after all that sea ‘n sand, you’ll find a variety of choices available from the Beach Bar menu, such as kebaps, pizza, spaghetti, club sandwiches and salads. We’ll also serve you up delicious cocktails and a myriad of hot and cold beverages.

Major Discoveries in a Small Tropical Forest...

Established on the most beautiful spot of Marmaris Bay, Grand Azur Garden, which reminds you of a tropical forest, was arranged in a manner that takes advantage of the incomparable panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Bearing in mind Marmaris the texture of a tropical climate that brings rise to seductive moments, the Garden is decorated with ambergris, lounge pines, bamboo trees, cypress trees, ivy and a myriad of palm trees. In addition to the fig, Seville orange, banana and date trees, some of our guests are surprised to encounter house plants... However, like all other plants, the Benjamin House plant also love this Garden. Moreover, you won’t see a Benjamin Plant as big as ours in any other Garden...
