In total, the OBT offers 42,000m2 of luxurious living space, featuring 180 apartments spanning 45 floors, each with a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments.

The premium floors incorporate fantastic views and premier deluxe trimmings which include a butler service, VIP lounge access and privilege check-in/out. The remaining floors feature apartments that are beautifully finished to create a stylish, contemporary ambience.

Each floor contains four serviced apartments:

Superior - Floor 15 – 32
These Jumeirah Beach apartments benefit from elevated views, feature a sit-out balcony and are stylishly furnished with contemporary, high quality interiors, to suit holiday makers, resident families or business people alike.

Premium - Floor 33 – 41
Fantastic views, premier deluxe trimmings and luxury furnishings are the main characteristics of the spacious apartments on the premium floors.

Premium floor guests also benefit from complimentary membership to the Premium Club which includes access to the prestigious Premium Lounge on the 33rd floor which boasts endless views, a personalised butler service, use of the executive meeting rooms, privilege check in/out alongside many other benefits.

Superior - Floor 42 – 49
Stunning, uninterrupted views of the area from spacious Jumeirah Beach apartments that are stylishly furnished with contemporary, high quality interiors, to suit holiday makers, resident families or business people alike.

This idyllic public beach is conveniently located across the road from Oasis Beach Tower and is the ideal spot to take a walk along the beautiful coastline, relax on the white sands or enjoy the sunset.

If you require additional cleaning services, this can also be arranged for a nominal fee. Please note that cleaning frequency might vary for long term rentals of more than six months.

Concierge Services
The Oasis Beach Tower provides a 24-hour reception and concierge service. Our friendly staff will help you with any enquiry and will happily book activities, organise transport or shuttle buses.

The Premium Lounge offers canapés and light snacks which can be enjoyed in addition to tea, coffee and fresh juices throughout the day. There is also a small meeting room for executive guests.

Please note that the Premium Club is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is permitted on the balcony outside.

The Premium Lounge is open from 8am to 8pm.
