At Almond Resorts, special requests are no problem. Special group-only activities such as off property excursions, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, 18-hole championship golf, sight seeing, boat charter, massage and therapy can all be arranged. The large open main hall measures 46’ x 40’ and includes a separate projection room, ticket office, adjacent terraces, storage areas, full 14-foot stage, dressing area, balcony, bar and kitchen areas. The room can hold up to 115 people for a seated dinner and offers theater-style seating for up to 200 people.
A full range of audio/visual equipment is available including podium, microphones, overhead and slide projectors, giant and pull out projection screens, televisions, video cassette recorders, easels, flip charts, lecterns, carousels and projector stands.
Support services in the Conference Center include elaborate catering, theme
decorations, live music, floral arrangements, festive table settings and more.
Special requirements such as still or video photographers, trophies, gifts,
party favors and corsages can also be arranged with prior notice.
In addition to the Conference Center, space is available for evening cocktail
receptions, outdoor parties and group events in any of the resorts’ six
beautiful restaurants. The lush garden setting at Almond Beach Village makes the
courtyard of the resort’s Bajan village the perfect place for a fabulous outdoor
event and the North Pool area is ideal for grand receptions, festive poolside
dinner parties and group gatherings.
And now at our newly opened Almond Morgan Bay, meeting planners can conduct
business at our Le Jardin restaurant. Meetings in Barbados at Almond Morgan Bay
can be set up to accommodate any of the following styles:

Dining at Almond Beach Club & Spa is a gourmet experience. There are
three restaurants to choose from at the resort, an guests may also enjoy the
five dining establishments at the nearby Almond Beach Village via a
complimentary shuttle service. Throughout the day, snacks are available from the
beach grill, and room service is offered for lunch or dinner.
Sunset-The resort's main restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast with
made-to-order omelets, full lunch with a choice of either the buffet or an a la
carte menu that changes daily, and a dinner menu of a la carte continental
cuisine.
Enid's Restaurant-Offering classic Bajan cuisine in a colorful, festive
atmosphere, this restaurant is open for dinner only and reservations are
required.
Water's Edge-A new restaurant offering fresh seafood served in a
fine-dining setting under the stars, Water's Edge is open for dinner only and
reservations are required (operation is subject to weather conditions). A
British-style high tea is served every afternoon from 3:00 to 4:30 pm offering
sweet and savory pastries, scones, finger sandwiches, and over 15 varieties of
tea. In Addition , the resort has four bars, including the signature.

At the adults-only all-inclusive resort, Almond Club & Spa caters to
the relaxation and rejuvenation of its guests. A courtyard with tall tropical
plantings contains a large, two-level pool divided by a waterfall, an
eight-person cool-water spa tub flowing into another pool, and a sunning lawn
furnished with lounge chairs. The Caribbean Sea washes up to coral-rock
formations along the resort's 100-yard water frontage. Above the rocks is a sand
terrace furnished with lounge chairs, shaded by trees in mornings, but sunny in
afternoons.
Group activities and entertainments include Bajan cooking classes, West Indian
dance lessons, pool aerobics, and nightly entertainment on a stage located in
the main restaurant.
