Sol i Neu restaurant
Gourmets will love visiting the Sol i Neu, a restaurant whose
market-based Mediterranean and traditional cuisine dips into other cultures to
present more than 20 specialities on its menu which you can enjoy either inside
or, during the summer months, on the large terrace with its spectacular views.
For starters you can choose from a selection of delicious salads or pasta dishes
prepared by the chef —all with their own unique personality— or select one of
the large range of original, tempting rice dishes.
As a main course, fish lovers will find their ideal in the exquisite cod dishes
devised by the chef, but the truth is that the meats roasted on volcanic stones
are the real stars of the restaurant.
The Sol i Neu restaurant also boasts a well-chosen wine list where you can find
some 50 wines of different grape varieties, selected from a variety of regions,
all of which have been recognised for their excellent value for money.
To top off a memorable meal, you could choose a dessert which, though somewhat
conventional, merits singling out from our delicious and varied dessert menu:
Tarte Tatin with cream and vanilla ice-cream. Fans of culinary ‘deconstruction’
can opt for crème brûlée al nostre estil, with burnt sugar foam, while
chocoholics can choose one of our exquisite chocolate creations.
The Sol i Neu restaurant is the ideal venue for hosting business lunches, group
meals or celebrations, where you will find the ideal setting in the private
dining room with its relaxing lounge in the upper part of the building. This
unique setting, in the form of an attic with huge wooden beams, offers diners
privacy and a very special atmosphere typical of the mountains.

Wood and high-quality materials are the secret to the warm atmosphere you can
experience in all 148 rooms of the Sport Hotel Village. Of these rooms
41 are suites and 9 of these are with their own private Jacuzzi.

you can enjoy spectacular views from any of the rooms as they all have their own

The Sport Hotel Resort would not be complete without its own activity
centre. This is the key element that gives meaning to the entire complex,
because our visitors come to have an in-depth mountain experience. The activity
centre is a factory of experiences and sensations that will lead you to discover
every facet of the natural environment.
Their team of guides and monitors work year-round on creating activities for the
whole family so you can enjoy
fun and adventures in every season of the year.
Obviously, in winter the majority of activities are centred on enjoying the
snow. With the first April rays, the snow begins to melt and the white is
transformed into green. The woods and rivers are reborn, and every springtime
creates a new landscape bursting with flora and fauna, forming the perfect
backdrop for the exciting activities of the new season.
4x4
One option is a 4 x 4 excursion to explore the lakes and valleys. Using these
vehicles, at all times respecting the environment, allows us to reach some
idyllic spots in comfort. The excursion can be taken in a group or customised,
and lasts for a half or full day. If you opt for the full-day excursion, we stop
en route to recharge our batteries with a delicious mountain picnic.
Quad-bike
Another appealing option is a quad-bike outing. Requiring only a little skill,
these vehicles take us to the most beautiful corners of Soldeu, El Tarter, Els
Pessons and El Forn. These can range from a half day to just an hour, for adults
only. Kids aged between 6 and 10 can also enjoy these fun vehicles on a special
enclosed quad-bike circuit for children.
Trekking
For people seeking complete freedom, we recommend trekking. All you need is the
right footwear and good company to discover all the secrets of the mountains.
Our qualified monitors can guide you and show you the native flora and fauna,
transmitting all their passion for our natural environment. Excursions can be
taken as a group or customised, with the option of choosing the itinerary and
destination.
Another way of discovering nature up close is by mountain bike. The guests are
free to use them independently to discover their own routes, or can ask for
recommendations from one of the mountain guides.
And there is so much more, for all the family and for every age group. The
outdoor heated swimming pool, the kid’s mini-club for children over the age of
four, horse-riding excursions, trips to see Romanesque architecture and museums,
the Palau de Gel ice rink and its myriad possibilities... there is no end to the
great
times you can have in the Envalira Valley in summer.
Miniclub
Kids have their own preferences. The Mini-club is one of them. Here they’ll
find the perfect setting for their adventures and they’ll get to know children
from all over who’ll become their playmates and life-long friends.

Its 1,000 m2 has more than 3,000 sets of equipment that are checked daily and
